All of our trainers have been garda vetted and have completed children’s first training. All have trained for years in their various disciplines and are committed to developing talent within children & adults in the local community.
Donal Monahan
Karate
Sensai Donal Monahan is a 5th Dan Black belt in Itoso Kai Karate and has run the Mountrath Dojo for circa 30 years.
Donal has competed in many international tournaments and is the lead Sensai in Karate in Mountrath.
